How long will the process take?
This depends on the scope of the project. Typically, for a grouping of 4-8 floorplans, the typical start to finish time is around 2-3 weeks.
How much will it cost?
This depends on how many elevations and footprints will be done. Call or email me for a price quote. I have special pricing for large quantities of renderings. Check the specials area for current specials.
When do I pay?
50% up front to initiate the project and then 50% upon completion of the project. Once the second half is paid, I will FedEx the artwork and files to you.
What payment types do you accept?
Currently it is just checks. I am working on setting up PayPal for even easier payment online.
Can I make changes to the artwork after it is approved and completed?
Yes, but there will be additional charges for anything done after the approval phase. Once the elevation is colorized, any changes will result in having to recolorize and an additional fee.
What do you need to provide to get started?
I need floorplans, blueprint sets or pdf files of the plans. PDF files are preferrable to work from. I also need photos of the elevations from the exact angle you want the home drawn from. The photos help insure the accuracy of the perspective.
Do I own the rights to the artwork once it is completed and paid for?
Yes. Once you pay the second half, you own the rights to all files.
